1.  Security deposits are equal to the monthly rental amount.  This may vary if the monthly rental amount is $2,000 or more.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Pet deposits are $500 per pet. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  Partners Real Estate has the following general policy, regard pets:

a.  no cats

b.  dogs must be older than 12 months, no exceptions.

c.  As a general rule, vicious breeds* and any Husky variety (except miniature), as well as any wolf hybrid, are not allowed. 

*("some insurance companies have started to exclude the vicious breed dogs, like Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Akitas and Chow-Chows") 

d.  you may be asked to bring your dog into our office, prior to receiving approval for your dog.

4.  The minimum lease period is six months.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.  Yes, however it covers not just military personnel (see below):

If the TENANT is a member of the military services or other government service, this lease may be terminated by the TENANT without penalty, if TENANT presents proof of transfer by the appropriate government agency and if the transfer results in a move of employment site in excess of 50 miles OR if the military member dies OR is relieved from active duty OR if tenant is involuntarily required to move into government housing (TENANT agrees that he/she has declined government housing and will continue to decline housing if it is offered), and Tenant provides OWNER/AGENT written notification of intention to terminate this lease at least thirty (30) days prior to the next rental due date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6.  YOU MUST ATTACH A MINIMUM OF $100 TO THIS APPLICATION. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED, THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AS A CREDIT TOWARD RENT OR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7.  UPON NOTIFICATION OF APPROVAL, YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO SIGN THE LEASE; AT LEAST ONE HALF OF THE SECURITY & PET DEPOSIT IS DUE AT THE TIME THE LEASE IS SIGNED.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8.  The total amount of rents, security deposit, and pet deposit is due, prior to receiving keys. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9.  Smoking of any kind may only be done outside of the structure; you may incur the cost of having all walls, etc. washed and/or painted if this rule is violated and you may be subject to immediate eviction.
